CVI is a manufacturer of high performance vacuum debind and sintering furnaces for the Metal/Ceramic Injection Molding market. Available with either metal or graphite hot zones, these units can process all Fe-Ni, 316-L, 17-4PH feedstocks as well as a variety of other materials including Titanium, tungsten carbide, tool steels, and superalloys. The MIM-Vac operates at pressures from 1-750 torr in Argon, Nitrogen, and Hydrogen gases for increased flexibility. Also available are furnaces for standard heat treat operations, tool quenching, sintering, and hot pressing or diffusion bonding. All furnaces can be run in vacuum, a controlled atmosphere of inert gas, or Hydrogen process gas.
